Spent almost $85 after tax on Kratom. They are supposed to be 10 chewable tablets, but what I got was 4 capsules of something totally different, and I have no clue what it is. Once you see the dude, and the lady working behind the counter, you’ll understand why they have all the bad “scam” reviews. They sell you over priced, defective, and sometimes the completely wrong product. Dont even bother trying to go in and get your money back, or an exchange because they will blame you for their mistake. Terrible business. Hopefully yall take the reviews serious before it happens you. Don’t give them your money. If you do decide to shop here, make sure you open whatever it is you got, and see if it works, and is the right thing.

Since they opened I'd been a customer spending $60 on avg weekly. 6/12/2026, the same gentleman that regularly waited on me argued with me and lied about quantity in a pack of screens. Bought 2 packs and one had 2 screens the other 3. I was short 5 screens at $1, he didn't want to give me what was owed. I just walked out. Over $1 they lost a $60 weekly gain. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEM AGAIN. Maybe he was having a bad day. Regardless, not my problem. Always check and count quantities with them. Other shops in town. No problem. 👊🏽

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase and the subsequent customer service experience at your location today, 11/7/25. I purchased a $50 THC pen, and immediately upon opening the package—within ten minutes of the purchase—the activation button fell out, rendering the product defective. I returned to the store right away to exchange the item. Instead of providing a replacement, the employee who assisted me—a tall gentleman, attempted a temporary fix. He simply took masking tape, applied it to hold the button onto the pen, and then asked me if the device still functioned. As a customer who had just spent $50, I was very disappointed that I was not offered a new, working unit. I felt that if the solution was to manually tape a defective product, I could have handled that myself at home. This experience severely undermined my expectation of receiving a functional, high-quality product backed by professional customer service. I value being treated respectfully as a loyal customer, and this interaction has unfortunately led me to decide that I will no longer be bringing my business to your establishment.
