I went in to buy a vape. customer service was awful and I was robbed out of $9 and change because of the product. The cashier swap out the vape but the second vape also was a bad product. was not able to smoke it. Cashier said well you have to take a loss. That's way i told you to try another brand . He did not tell me that the product that I was purchasing may have a defect. My question to the owner is why you selling Vapes that don't work and leaking. I would not shop here from bad customer service and being robbed. owner needs to work on his policies and staff . Uptown Charlotte location.

Were nice but sold us a bottle of vape juice with a Best Buy date of 2021 and then didn’t answer the phone when I called to make them aware. I noticed the date when he commented about it tasting bad.
