I hate leaving these reviews- but let me just say this - I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE SHOPPING HERE!! High Life WILL BOOT YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU STEP FOOT OFF THEIR PROPERTY. I am including receipts here. I made a purchase at 3:28, took a phone call outside for 10 minutes, when I came back to my truck at 3:38, it was booted. I tried to talk to Paige the manager/cashier since I had only been outside for 10 minutes and was told "there's nothing we can do". I have shopped at high life for over a year and am so utterly disappointed in the way this was handled. When I said that I would not do business here again, I was told "Ok, bye!" The parking signs say "30 minutes customers only" but what it should actually say is "move your car AS SOON as your transaction is done" because THEY WILL BOOT TOUR VEHICLE- a 30$ trip to the smoke shop will turn into a 300$ expense. It DOESN'T MATTER if you are a customer OR if you've been parked for 5-10 minutes. Absolute scam. Won't be returning.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the High Life Smoke Shop Central location, where I have been a loyal customer for years, always spending a significant amount of money. A few days ago, I purchased a GeekVape Aegis III Kit and, after showing the receipt, I attempted to return it because it didn't work. Initially, I thought the issue was with the batteries I bought from another store, but after several trips back and forth, I realized the problem was with the GeekVape Aegis III Kit itself. I contacted GeekVape, and they advised me to return the kit to the store. I called High Life Smoke Shop, showed proof of the call, and was advised to bring it back. Despite living 45 minutes away, I made the trip, only to be told by Manager Daisy that she could not exchange the device. There was no empathy or understanding from her. I have always supported this store, even when Cali Vapors Elite Smoke Shop moved next door with three times the selection. This experience was incredibly disappointing. Please do not shop here; they do not care about their loyal customers.

Having an active phone number listed here would’ve saved me the 25 minute drive I made just told me be told that the advertised 420 sale is inaccurate.
