If customer service had a hall of fame, Mohammad would already have his own wing. I’ve been going to K1 Tobacco and Vape for a while now, and every single time, Mohammad (the manager) goes above and beyond in a way that’s honestly rare to find anywhere these days. He’s not just helpful, he cares—takes the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need, answers every question without rushing you, and somehow remembers preferences like a mind-reading concierge. What really stands out is the consistency. It’s not a one-off great experience—it’s every single visit. Whether I’m in a rush or browsing, he treats me like I’m the most important customer in the store. That kind of service turns a quick stop into something you actually look forward to. At this point, I won’t go anywhere else. Mohammad sets the standard, and it’s sky-high. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated right and taken care of every time, this is it.

I can’t say enough good things about this vape shop and especially Mohamed! He is always here, works incredibly hard, and provides outstanding customer service every single time I visit. He always welcomes me with a smile, makes me feel valued as a customer, and takes the time to answer any questions I have.Mohamed is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized whenever he’s working. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond the way he does. If you’re looking for a vape shop with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. Mohamed is a huge asset to the business, and I highly recommend stopping by. Five stars all the way!

Sia was absolutely phenomenal!! Attentive, provided recommendations, and encouraged me to step outside the box.. A true rock star with exceptional customer service!! I will be back SPECIFICALLY for her!! :)

I tried to give this place a chance....but damn. The guy hides in the back while customers ring bell and literally walks around on the phone with his girlfriend so he cant answer any questions I have, he has to ring up anything I need pricing on and let me say his teeth could benefit putting the cigarettes down and educate himself on the products he sells

Great smoke shop with a really good selection of smoke and tobacco products. Mohammed was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. The store was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of options to choose from. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
