Horrible customer service. Me and a couple friends came in to make a purchase and the guy behind the counter was super rude and dismissive. We were about to make a purchase and he stated he was tired and was ready to go home. I told him that was rude and he stated that he didn't care and we needed to hurry up. We weren't even in the store 10mins. Ive never felt so upset. I wouldn't revisit this place even if someone paid to. Im completely disgusted at the treatment my friend and I received .

I came in to buy a pre-roll, but the one I was sold was completely empty. When I brought it up, instead of helping or offering a solution, the employee started yelling at me and told me to get out of “his store,” even though he doesn’t own the business. His behavior was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated this way as a customer. I won’t be coming back, and I hope the owner addresses this because no customer deserves to be treated like that.

yocan evolve d plus Is a weed pen and not a wax pen like the dude in the shop told me. I went 3 times to see if he can help me make it work and he was so high he couldn’t read the room LMAOO. But again I’ve been loyal to this shop for almost 5 years.. and it’s just so disheartening that im literally not going back all because of a pen I needed for wax and he didn’t provide. :/ very heartbroken rn I even had to buy a weed pen bc the “yocan weed pen” didn’t work the way it’s supposed to :/ I’ve watched 3 videos how to work the yocan pen bc i thought maybe I was slow. But again im very sad and very angry i didnt get the help i needed to find the pen i needed for my wax :/

Top two vape shops in clt and they not number two anything you need they have from tobacco hookah vapes and great drink sections. Also they support local clothing brand in store, I find that lit as well anybody supporting the community we have to support them!!!

The people in there now horrible. The customer service is BAD. The guy in there got a nasty attitude over a receipt and started cussing i cussed him right back out! He said dont come back trust me i aint especially after realizing every cigarillo i bought was STALE!!!!! He trying to be rude and selling STALE cigars! Its plenty other smoke shops stay away from this one. Go to the one across the street! Customer service and product better
