The shop is ok, however the door is always locked when it’s during business hours. I don’t know if they need to hire another person, however that’s very unprofessional. 4 people in total were standing outside and left because the door was locked but the “open” sign was on @5:53pm!

Today was my first time visiting this store, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. Not only was the staff SWEET and HONEST, but they truly didn’t care whether I was ready to buy now or just looking around, the guy took his time with me, explained every item I had questions about, and gave me a full breakdown of all the products I asked about. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, the level of customer service honestly took me by surprise. When I was all set and done, not only did I leave with exactly what I needed, I left twice as happy as when I walked in. GREAT PRICES, GREAT SERVICE, THIS IS HOW YOU WIN A LOYAL COSTOMER 🙏🙏🙏

The shop owner is a really nice and helpful guy. There’s a large variety of items and for a decent price as well. He also does good deals, I’m glad that I decided to step in and check it out and I’m excited to keep coming over.

I went to this place not knowing really to much about hookahs. I initially called and spoke with Moses and was so nice on the phone & answered all my questions. Then, after our conversation, I decided to go into the store. I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the hookah & informed me how to put it together, clean it, and just how to maintain it. Based on this wonderful experience I will be back for all my hookah needs 👍🏾🔥
