- Never again. Mind you, we came to TOUR the place two weeks ago, prior to booking the section. 1.) They overbooked our section. Didn’t give us wristbands or nothing. 2.) Didn’t pour all of our shots. Still had a good amount left and the server never came back to check on us. 3.) They put our second bottle in a carafe and we assumed it was water because it was with the cranberry juice and orange juice…. some of my friends accidentally chugged it thinking it was water. 4.) Requested that the dj played a specific song, watched him add it to the queue, and never played it when our sign came out. 5.) The manager personally told us that outside food was permitted, but now apparently they got a kitchen out of the blue. 6.) Tried to overcharge us, and forgot to include our deposit until we had to correct them. - It was so unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere. It’s like everything we paid for was completely ignored.

Pinhouse was lit. I had a very enjoyable time. The DJ was cool, the atmosphere inside and outside was nice. I enjoyed playing the bowling game and also enjoyed the mocktail I ordered. The only gripe I have is I wish the process of ordering food wasn’t so complex. You basically have to order from the restaurant next door instead inside of Pinhouse. I also didn’t like how I made a reservation for a table online but it was basically ignored. Luckily for me the event I was a part of already had tables for us. Lastly, I’m not really big on the new “section culture” that clubs have become, but I will say that I like how this venue has a designated area where you can dance, converse, and socialize. That made my visit well worth it.
We made reservations through their website for dinner. When we arrived, we learned that their website is out of date and that they no longer offer reservations, nor do they have bowling following a reservation. The staff were all seating chatting amongst themselves and did not seem particularly interested in making sure we could still have a nice time and should stay. The environment present felt very closed off as again all the staff were chatting, making our presence feel awkward.
This establishment is a nuisance to the neighborhood and hasn’t done anything to curb the chaos they have created. They oversell the venue, creating an overflow of people with nowhere to go. Central Ave is a very busy road and they have people jumping into traffic, crossing the busy streets without any regard for their safety. Their patrons flood our residential streets screaming in the road, blocking traffic, littering alcohol, doing drugs in the middle of the neighborhood streets. CMPD is there nightly responding to calls. Hopefully this is corrected before someone is seriously injured or worse. Thanks for creating chaos in what is usually a peaceful part of the neighborhood.
I got a section for $500 dollars and some change! Not knowing I had to share it with other people! There wasnt even enough space for my guests to sit!! The "section" was out in the open for ever one to be standing by us and walking past! There was NO closed in part how a section is supposed to be. The two bottles I ordered took FOREVER!! and the original price was NOT on the website! All my guest literally just walked..no wrist band or nothing! The front desk lady disappeared every 3 damn seconds! Never will I ever come back here! NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO STATS!🤦🏾♂️
