I recently had the pleasure of becoming a customer of Smoke Storm Hookah Shisha Wholesale & Distributors, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, their customer service is top-notch. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their products, I was met with friendly and helpful staff who were eager to assist me in any way possible. They guided me through their extensive range of hookah shisha, patiently answering all my questions and providing invaluable recommendations. Their knowledge and passion for their products were evident, and it made the entire ordering process effortless and enjoyable. The quality of their OOKA Electric Hookah is truly remarkable. I have tried many different brands in the past, but Smoke Storm's products undoubtedly stand out. Upon receiving my order, I was impressed. It's evident that Smoke Storm takes great pride in sourcing the finest and crafting exceptional products for their customers. In addition to their exceptional products and customer service, Smoke Storm's wholesale and distribution services are remarkably efficient. Their packaging ensures that the products arrive in pristine condition, ready for use or resale. The prompt and reliable delivery service left no room for disappointment, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the order process. Overall, my experience as a new customer of Smoke Storm Hookah Shisha Wholesale & Distributors has been awe-inspiring. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, high-quality products, and efficient services is commendable. I cannot recommend them enough to fellow hookah enthusiasts or businesses looking to provide their customers with the best hookah smoking experience. Thank you, Smoke Storm, for exceeding my expectations, and I look forward to continuing my journey as a satisfied customer.

Very poor company. Ordered a name-brand Ooka Hookah from their website according to the description and sent me a fake Chinese off-brand instead (see pics). Then refused to acknowledge the misrepresentation (keeps calling it an Ooka 2.0??) until I contacted Ooka's legal team and they forced the owner to change the item title - I shipped back and haven't heard anything from the seller about my refund. Opened a case with my credit card company and have been waiting for several months now!

Smoke Storm Hookah met all our hookah needs for our business. They were thorough and patient. Their customer service was excellent and they gave the best recommendations. This is the place you want to get your hookahs and accessories because you won’t be disappointed! Thank you! - Aura
