Really nice setup, and the food for the most part is delicious! However, the customer service needs work. There was only one server working in the establishment, and my table went neglected for 25 minutes after obtaining the one drink ordered. I had to order my food from the bar, and thank goodness I did, because I learned they were getting ready to close the kitchen. The crawfish dip was excellent. The wings were great. The drink was weak. But the lobster bites were truly disappointing. $20 for 5 super breaded bites. Plus the automatic gratuity is annoying because our waitress/server got a tip for bare minimum work. Next time I’m in town, I’d order off DoorDash instead of actually visiting the spot.

Overall amazing vibes!!! I just feel like if we’re going to be paying upwards of $100 drinks should be a little cheaper especially during the week. Tuesday and a teremana is $10 plus the 18% gratuity is a bit much. Our server was amazing, the bartenders were pretty quick.

I visit this establishment quite often, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. On this particular visit, I sat at the bar and noticed the bartender was sitting behind the register on a laptop. There was no warm greeting upon arrival, and after some time, she simply asked, “What would you like?” while remaining seated and focused on her computer. To make matters worse, she was also texting on her phone while attempting to take my order. The music was loud, making it difficult to communicate, yet instead of getting up to engage with me or moving closer so we could have a proper conversation, she seemed to expect me to raise my voice across the bar. As a customer, I found it unprofessional and felt that I did not have her full attention. I genuinely enjoy supporting this establishment and have visited many times before, which is why this experience stood out. Good customer service is a key part of any business, and unfortunately, this interaction made me feel undervalued as a patron. I want to continue supporting this business and see it thrive. My hope is that management addresses these concerns and reinforces the importance of attentive, professional customer service so that future guests have a more welcoming and enjoyable experience.

I was here for a quick stay and ended up staying hours. The service was immaculate. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. Nyjah made the experiment great and customer service was a 10 out of 10.

We finally got a chance to stop by before her headed to the stadium and we really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We tried the nachos and lemon pepper wings and mambo sauce wings. EVERYTHING was great. These were definitely some of the best wings I’ve had. Perfectly seasons and cooked. The staff was friendly and helpful also w/ questions we had outside the menu. The nachos were also a favorite for my little humans. We’ll definitely come back to try more menu items.
