Went here to celebrate my birthday after the second week of it being open. The server was pretty nice but no one was on the same page. We would order drinks, the server would come back and say they don't have it or they can't make it. There was 6 of us and I'm the only one that got a drink because they didn't have anything anyone wanted. The shot that I got was a half of a shot which was $22 with included 18% gratuity. We saw online that the hookahs were $40 so we ordered two of them. When the hookah girl brought the hookah's out she then told us it was $70 per hookah and that the website isn't up to date. We sent the hookahs back, got up and left. Even the server recommended us to go across the street to tattoos & booz so we did. The vibe inside actually looks as pretty nice where the sections were.

This place is the worst!!! They dont open on time, they come to work whenever they want to. The bar tender has a attitude while she's serving expensive shots (4 shots for $83). The club is beautiful but it has poor management.

Vine is such a vibe! The hookah is smooth, flavorful, and lasts, and the lounge itself is gorgeous. Music, lighting, and service all come together perfectly. Definitely one of my new go-to spots.

Great location, drink specials and friendly staff. Very spacious with plenty of seating and some bar seats available.

Exceptional experience at Zen Lounge. The place was packed, the atmosphere was upscale, and there were celebrities and exotic cars everywhere. The entire scene gave me Miami summer nightlife vibes. Great service, great energy, and a beautiful crowd. I’ll definitely be back.
