I can't say enough about the amazing service and product that Jay from Tinderbox South Park location provided me. While we were in Charlotte for the Chris Brown/Usher concert, I saw a lighter set at Tinderbox that I wanted to get my husband for our 28th wedding anniversary. Jay had it sent to me right away and I know my husband is going to love it. Now that is STELLAR service. Thank you Jay...

Great place to pick up & enjoy a favorite or new stick (cigar.) the selection is amazing and the most knowledgeable and courteous staff in town. Friendly lounge with the most interesting people around. A must stop by place for all who want to relax with a great cigar!

Best cigar shop in Charlotte - hands down. If you're in the area, make sure to stop in. They have a vast selection of premium cigars, so you can find the perfect cigar for your taste. The crowd is very welcoming. Make sure to ask for Joe. He'll take great care of you. He's very knowledgeable, and he will point you in the right direction.

Great shop and great customer service. Definitely will return
