Third time Ive come to this smoke shop it's been closed with all the lights on in the middle of the day, they could at least put up a sign saying "be back soon sorry". And the young man clerk is pretty rude, I asked him the price about something and he got very rude saying "you can go somewhere else" that's not how you treat customers who could potentially be your regulars. The owner is cool but his staff sucks.

Best smoke shop in Charlotte NC great people...

I would have normally gave this place 5 stars but came here tonight at 6:30pm and they was close. Other customer and I had to verify the time because they stated they don't close until 8pm on Sundays and all the lights was still on. I thought maybe he was in the restroom so I waited for like 10 minutes and called the store nothing still. If going to step away from the business please posted a sign and if your going to leave early also please posted a sign letting your patrons know. Thanks

This place has a large variety of items and if you can't find what you are looking for, they will make sure to get it fir you

Best Ever Great Service
