★★★★★ I had an excellent experience at Tobacco & Vape of NC. From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, organized, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything was easy to find, and the atmosphere was welcoming without feeling cluttered. The store even smelled great, which made browsing much more enjoyable. The lady at the front counter was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I asked for a recommendation, and she gave me a clear, concise explanation of the options available and helped me choose something that fit exactly what I was looking for. I ended up really enjoying her recommendation. One thing that really stands out is how much this business does for its customers. They regularly host events, raffles, and offer great perks through their loyalty program, which makes shopping here feel rewarding and fun. Excellent customer service, great product selection, a clean and inviting environment, and staff who genuinely know their products. I will definitely be back.

This place is okay, limited selection, specialty inventory is often low or sold out and pricing is much higher than the shops down the street. They do have a rewards program to try and make up for it. Parking can be a little tight, but usually not a problem since it's a smaller store. Family-run and are friendly when they are working, dog too.

The best smokeshop in all of charlotte period. Ran by the sweetest, most knowledgable, fun family. If you wanna find what your looking for this is the only one to go to. I recommend even if it's not your closest, make the effort and spend a few extra minutes to go here and you won't look elsewhere again. The owner is always looking for new ways to organize, innovate, and create new ideas and events to give back and show love to her customers and give them a space to be happy. People that care like this are extremely rare and, it's important to show up and support places like this one so they thrive as when we lift each other up we all live better & happier. Hello, I am new to the area and frequent google for reviews on new places to try. I will say I was a bit confused and taken back by the racist review here. I had to come just to see if this was true. I am brown and have an accent also but did not have the same experience. I was greeted and helped throughout my entire journey here. Don’t let one bad apple ruin the bunch for you guys, come and visit this place seriously amazing! Also everyone in the store and who lives around the store is brown with accents!

Best Tobacco Store I’ve been to in Charlotte. Everyone is friendly and helpful. As long as I’m in CLT, this shop will be my go-to.
