I visited this location on April 21, 2026 between 4:45–5:06 PM and had a very unpleasant experience. The employee (young adult, medium build, black curly hair, light-toned skin, wearing an earbud) was extremely rude. He snatched money out of my hand and then tossed it back to me, which was very disrespectful. I was also not asked for ID when purchasing a tobacco/vape product and was not given a receipt. Very unprofessional experience. I hope management addresses this.

Love the customer service and they have great prices on chargers,white t-shirts, incenses.

Poor customer service and the guy who works there is always mad. Gives off very weird vibes to be in customer service.

I was just charged 27.00 for an Orion vape that I have paid no more than 23 at any vape store. His accent was so strong I thought he said 20. Rushing I hit my wallet paying not realizing. Talking about sorry baby the price went up. I said np I just won’t come back again.

Customer Service skill is amazing. Been coming here since they open every single day. No lie I recommend
