I am a frequent, local customer. I bought a bottle of ejuice, 3 days ago, there as a last resort (the other 3 vape stores have run out of my favorite brand/flavor because i have bought them all in the last 6 months). I paid cash for it (it was a flavor I had tried from another store and it was delicious) and a subohm coil. $24. I'm on a limited budget. No room for money mistakes. It is 2 years past the expiration date and they would not refund me or exchange it for a different brand that was more fresh. I paid for it, walked to my car, checked the expiration date on the bottle, didn't open it. It was made 12/2022 and expired on12/2024. Walked back in 30 seconds later and they wouldn't refund it. Or exchange it..I have spent a lot of money at this shop in the last 6 months and this is unacceptable. This ejuice made me sick to my stomach and burns my lungs and throat. It's horrible. These local shops don't care about us...don't give them your business or money...

The mushroom chocolate bars are a total scam. Don't waste $20 on a crappy chocolate bar.

Bella is a gift straight from heaven. So helpful and nice, if i lived over here this would be my main vape shop just because of the hospitality and pretty good prices too. She deserves a pay raise!!

I love the selection but every time I come, I'm waiting and waiting for them to open the doors. Whether its because they are "at the bathroom" or just opening late. Multiple times I have waited nearly my entire lunch period. Upwards and over 20 minutes. If I were the owner, I'd be pissed.

I've been here twice... the first time the guy working was eating while helping me and wasn't very friendly. The 2nd time was a young lady who was very friendly so I bought a voopoo device. Now i realize and agree with the no return policy most vape shops have but i thought they should make an exception in my case. It worked fine at first but a week later it started turning on all by itself when I wasn't even holding it. One it starts doing that, the only way to shut it of so it don't explode or cause a fire is too take the cartridge out. We'll they still said no return even thought I just want to exchange it not return it. I would post a video if I could.
