Was having problems starting car. Came and asked lady if she had starting cables. She said she gets off at 4 and if I wait a few minutes she will come help. She comes out with baby in car seat and hops under my hood and tells me that I just need to tighten cables connected to battery. She was so nice and caring. Can’t thank her enough

The staff is always friendly, except the white girl that has blonde and black hair and usually brings her small kids with her to work. Today I went in, ask for a particular flavor vape, she tried to give me something different than what I asked for, and when I said no, she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. So unprofessional. I will be taking my business to one of the other 34324 vape stores in the area.

There’s a woman who works here with black and blonde hair, don’t quote me on the exact colors but it’s definitely two different colors. She’s a younger woman, and she’s literally never nice, won’t walk over and help you Just stands at the registers and acts like it such a burden to provide service and when she does provide some help to you she’s nothing but rude, short, and aggressive. Horrible service you’ve lost a customer. What a shame

I am so upset and dissatisfied with the service i received here. I purchased a FVKD Exotics vape for about $35. When i got home with the vape i instantly took it out of the box n put it to charge. Unfortunately the vape never charged and does not work. When i returned to the store and expressed my concerns i was told i could not return it because they didn't trust me (understandable as they do not know me) because i could've tampered with it (which i definitely did not). Needless to say i will be finding a different store THAT I CAN TRUST TO GIVE ME PRODUCTS THAT WORK. That was such a waste of my money!!! NEVER AGAIN!

theres a girl in here with black and blonde hair with a terrible attitude. any time i go in there she acts like customers are a burden. not only does she act this way toward me, my mom came in and she acted the same toward her. doesnt make eye contact, doesnt come over to help, cant answer questions or provide service without acting like its a problem that someone is in there. if you dont like working in customer service, find another job.
