Decent shop, but I just went in and they had 0 filter tip sheets, only the pre rolled nonsense. As a smoke shop I feel like keeping perforated tips, or tip sheets of any kind isn’t a huge ask

Bought a new bowl, got home and while taking the sticker off realized it had been chipped, appeared to be filled in with glass glue/etc., and the sticker was used to cover this defect. And of course, they do not offer returns or exchanges, so i just bought a broken piece with no options left besides “get over it”. Dishonest.

Customer service is on point. Prices are good. Good variety. All in all the Stratus has been great to me. It was hard to find a reliable vape store, glad I found Stratus.
