I recently stopped by 421 VAPOR TOBACCO during my lunch break looking for a simple cigarette lighter, but the service was so good it turned into a full shopping spree! From the moment I walked in, I was really impressed. The store is incredibly clean, the floors are spotless, and everything is perfectly organized. I was greeted with a friendly hello right away, and the overall environment made for a great shopping experience. I have to give a huge shout-out to Chris. He was, without a doubt, one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered in any vape store. He was helpful, attentive, and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I spent $80 and I don’t regret a single cent. I will definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends. Excellent job, guys!

Chris is phenomenal! We went in last night and he helped get me set up with a new vape system, was super knowledgeable and know his juices. Amazing guy! We came back again today because of that fact, he helped my husband find a vape juice and is just so pleasant to talk too! Amazing guy! Owners keep this man at all costs! He is hands down your best employee! Thanks So Much Chris!!!

We love this store. Chris is so knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. All the staff are always helpful and polite. Chris just goes a little above and beyond with information and knowledge. If you want excellent customer service and honest clean product ditch the rest and try the best at 421 Vape and Smoke!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! They are quick to help and suggest different items if your usuals are out. Highly recommend this place, you can't go wrong in there!

Love this place, walk in, get what you need, and then get out, always quick. The workers there are knowledgeable as well and easy to get along with. A worker named Chris is hands down the guy I prefer to check me out, he’ll hook you up quick and get you outta there. Best vape shop in Dunn, easily.
