Make sure Love you SaaS the price before you assume a sticker is right? Several prerolls were marked one price and quoted more. I decided to buy a $15.99 pack of prerolls to find out they were $19.99. Over several pack that adds up! Attendant didn’t care and told me the price was what it was. Was passing through and will not stop here again!

Update... so I made my second trip back to this place to exchange the a vape and the first time it was an employee that told me that he couldn't do it because he wasn't the owner well! I came back this time armed with his response on the internet saying just to bring it back in and they would exchange it for me... she wouldn't even look up the review! I finally got her to call the owner and he said since it was past 30 days now, that I was just out of luck, but I came within 30 days the first time and was still told no! Even though I live an hour and a half away so we're talking a 3-hour round trip over a vape I'll never go back he'll never see a dime on my money again! They all thought it was real funny and I was being ridiculous!!! I've been going to this place for years, typically have had very good experiences there, recently I stopped and bought two vape battery pens, pink and green... I was super excited, I got one for me and one for my husband, got home gave it to my husband he used it for about an hour, tried to recharge it and the pen won't charge. Needless to say it's an hour and 15 minutes from home and I just can't see driving two and a half hours round trip to exchange it I'm super disappointed!

I give this place 5 stars and I want to explain why I would do so. First it's the overwhelming response I receive when I stop at this particular place for cigs and CBD gummies from the staff that is so refreshing and they all have the customer service aspects down to a science of greatness. Second I almost always receive a healthy feeling of wanting my business then and each time I stop more and more I feel welcomed and appreciated. They actually want me to shop here and the guys will give me and my wonderful woman discounts for each item we purchased which shows our loyalty to this establishment in particular just BC of the great atmosphere that is generally already going on but even more so now that we have came to shop. It's more of a family atmosphere and they want to make ur experience a gud one anyway that they can and u can tell by the customer appreciation and gratitude towards our business that stands out more at this store than any other store I have stopped at previously so this store is the go to smoke shop I frequent BC it's easy to get in and out quickly and back on the interstate and on my way. I guess it's the entire multitude of reasons that make this place special and I will continue to do business here until well forever or at least until I can't get to the place and even then I bet the people who own the shop would go above and beyond and make delivery my next option just to make me a happy customer. Customer service is alive and well and I thank you for the nice experience! Keep up the great job
