I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this smoke shop. I placed several items on hold during the sale and was told over the phone that it would be okay if I came on Sunday instead of Saturday. When I arrived on Sunday, the employee initially refused to honor the sale price until she called someone, who confirmed that I had been given permission to come that day. After that, she agreed. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my ID with me, so I left to get it. I live far away, but I made the trip back and arrived just before 10:00 PM. The store door was already locked before closing time, and despite trying to get the employee’s attention, I was not allowed inside to quickly purchase the items I had on hold. I returned the following day, expecting to complete my purchase, but I was told the sale was over, even though I had already come back twice because of the previous situation. When I explained what had happened, I was told to leave and not come back. During the confrontation, I was also threatened with having people come after me, which made me feel unsafe. I have never experienced treatment like this from a business. Regardless of any misunderstanding, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, not intimidation or threats.

I love this place!!!!!! Dylan is always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and honest. She has helped me find stuff I didn’t even know I liked and took way more time than she needed to to teach me how to use my new puffco vape. She remembers my name and my preferences every time I go in and she’s so sweet. She even remembered my birthday!! I don’t know if she’s the manager but if she’s not she really should be.
Consider customer retention when interfacing with your clients. Stand behind the products you have for sale. Don’t dismiss a customer because you don’t want to honor the products you stock in your business. There is absolutely no good reason to turn a paying customer because you’d prefer to quickly be rid of them as you don’t want to offer any meaningful resolutions. Terrible service.
I would like to start this review off by stating that I do not mean for this to come off as rude or offensive. I absolutely adore shopping at smoke rings and have been a loyal customer for the last two years. I have always had great service and been given so many freebies by the store Manager( MJ), we are definitely friendly at this point. But it’s gotten to the point where I dread coming into the store if they are working. Every time that I come into the shop to purchase my preroll’s should NOT feel like a therapy session. I understand having hard days and needing to blow off steam but it shouldn’t be to customers who feel trapped in awkward conversations. I really do enjoy how friendly and kind and the staff are at this store, but there is definitely a boundary between being friendly and over sharing that seems to be crossed a lot.
I love the customer service here. They have all the latest accessories Ask for( MJ >she's the best. 👍🏾
