I always get nervous going into stores because of my language barrier, but after a few words exchange Zay picked up that I spoke French and immediately switched languages to help me. That simple gesture made me feel so comfortable. Ms. Nicki was just as amazing! her laugh is contagious 🤣 she’s hilarious, and she made me feel welcome despite my broken English. That Duo is Unmatched!! Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and an all-around amazing experience. Kure Ramsey has earned a customer for life! ❤️

Im going to use this space provided to tell a story about 2 of the best employees I have ever interacted with. Zay and Nicki are some of the most wholesome, friendly, and overall exemplary workers with the way they helped me figure out exactly what would be right for me in my price range. It feels like an extended family and I was welcomed with open arms. They have got themselves a regular in me. 🫡

I feel bad for not posting my review sooner! This was a couple months ago. I was helped by Nikki. She was very knowledgeable and her reccomendations were great! I came in, was honest and said I wasnt super knowledgeable about all the different deltas and thcs and everything, as I usually just order flower online from a place out of north cali. She gave me a clean rundown, explained the differences, answered all my questions with confidence. I was also straightforward that I was a lightweight, and typically enjoy my vices while working from home in Unity or Blender. With all of this on the table, she'd reccomended me a Mellow Fellow vape, as I was looking for a new pen, and the selection was quite perfect for me! I have tried a couple Mellow Fellow products since, and have found they're up my alley all thanks to Nikki :) I will absolutely be back soon to try something new! Thank you Nikki! ☆♡

Yall save yourself some money do NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LADY IN THERE IS SUPER RUDE. BLEW SMOKE IN MY FACE WHILE SHE TALKED TO ME. VERY unprofessional. VAPES ARE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH AND THEY MALFUNCTION AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND OR SWAP OUT. I will never I mean never go here again.

Very choices in juices, and I love coming in to see Nicole and Isaiah, they both are awesome. I came to buy my first vape and it was a great experience. Both of them are very knowledgeable and nice people. keep up the great work
