The dark skin girl with the bull ring nose piercing is horrible!!!! I told her her customer service skills were horrible she didn't even say hello or greet me. I hate rude people and recommend any other smoke shop 💯🤷

Why does your sign look like it’s a store for kindergartners this is the most advertising to children I’ve ever seen. Why do adults need rainbow letters? And a Jack in the box reference or whatever that is. You might as well just have a sign on this door that says we serve kids.

Went into 6160 Raeford Rd store on Thursday 8/24/2023 approx 3:00 pm. Spent $21.79 in cash. The cashier was very rude. She didn't open the cash register to make the sale but instead put my $22.00 on the side and proceeded to pay my change in pennies that were also on the side of the cash register. I counted out the pennies on counter & told her she shorted me. I told her that I didn't want 10 more pennies, to open up the drawer and get a dime. She would not. She counted 10 more pennies that she got from along side the cash register picked up all the pennies from the counter and as I stood with my hand out to get my change, the cashier put it back down on the counter telling me that I didn't put the money in her hand so she wasn't going to put it in mine. Rude girl with an attitude. Didn't ring up the sale or open the cash register. Never going there again. Very suspicious when sales aren't rung up on cash register.

Closed at 10:40pm when supposed to be open until 11pm. Sat out there for a moment watching multiple other customers get refused services as well due to the early closure. Very disappointed with this experience. Usually great except its one select big back employee that closes early.

Great service and cashiers but wrong store hours, they say they are open at 8am but really don't unlock the door until 9am
