10:05:24 Approximately 11:45 a.m. Went in and asked for American Spirit yellow, clerk gave me American Spirit Gold. Trusting that since she worked in a smoke shop that she could identify precisely what I asked for, I paid before receiving product. When I looked up and noticed that it was the gold instead of the yellow, I asked for the correct pack. They didn’t have yellow so I asked for a refund. Clerk after she made error refused to refund money stating “no refunds” I left the product and my money at the store. I also asked for the owners name and she refused. I will be contacting the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!!

I purchased 2 vapes from this place today and went to my car. Opened one of them and it got hot immediately and wouldn’t stop hitting. Meaning after I hit it the sound and smoke kept coming out . I went immediately back into the shop and the lady instantly said I couldn’t get an exchange and would need to speak to the manager who would be in at 6. It was 4. I explained I didn’t live close and she kept repeating the same thing. I called the store and no one answered. I will try again tomorrow morning when the big boss is there but I’m not hopeful. That’s a waste of money and I hope I get bette customer service! She said I should have tried it before I left the store but I explained I didn’t know that I had to.
