Iv always chose this Pacific vape shop in Gastiona always has the best quality stuff new stuff iv had a few problems with like Some of the torches didn’t last or I bought it and it didn’t work after a day but I will say that each problem I’ve had I’ve went back and they’ve took care of it this torch I got last night works really good and it’s had problems iv went back they helped me with it and was very respectful and helpful 10/10 store

They aren’t letting you use discounts or points on certain brands and professionalism is gone. The last two times I’ve visited, the person behind the counter - he was asleep on the floor this time - states it’s only “RAZ and Geek Bar” are the ones that don’t get a discount. Allegedly because of the price the owner pays to get the vapes. This time it was “RAZ, Geek Bar and RYS.” When I went to buy a Fogger Brand, the person stated “oh, yeah. You can’t use points on that one, either.” I honestly feel scammed. Like either the owner is looking to pocket more money or the employees are just making up the rules as they go. After four years of loyalty, I’ll be looking into other options.
