The date of my visit to Smoker Friendly was December 19th 2025. All of the employees working there were so kind to me. There were three ladies working that day, and the cigarettes my daddy smokes are really hard to find, but they had some coming on the truck. I work 3rd shift so I fell asleep a couple times, but they never forced me to leave and were not rude to me. They allowed me to wait comfortably until I had everything I came there for. This place, hands down, is the best place I have been for tobacco products. When the truck arrived, they didn't make me wait until everything was unloaded. They found my product and immediately brought it up front and checked me out. I pray God blesses all three of the young ladies working that day because they deserve nothing but the best for the kindness they show their customers. I also witnessed them with other customers. Most of the ones that came in that morning must have been regulars because the employees knew exactly what the customer wanted as soon as the stepped through the door. All customers were treated with respect and great customer service, as was I. I have read some of the reviews that are speaking negative about this place, but if you read those negative reviews, you will see they were only following NC state laws. I highly recommend this place, 10 out of 10, and I hope to do more business with them in the future. Thank you Smoker Friendly for being so kind and patient with me and I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. I was refused service because I had my 8 year old son with me. I was asked to have him wait by the door alone. The guy acted like I was going to allow my son to shop there. Will NOT be shopping here again.

Great staff great prices and lost of vape products

Would not allow my 5 year Olds in the store. Sorry but I'm not leaving my children unattended in the car. The ABC store allows your children in. To me this is unprofessional and dangerous. So make sure if you have an infant or young child keep them unattended while you go in this store. They won't allow them in. Also when I visit other vape/tobacco stores I tell them about this situation and they can't believe a store would do that. They should remove the word friendly. I respect the fact maybe they don't want children touching merchandise but that's on the parents. You break it you buy it.

This is a good store to buy your cigarette are tobacco. They have CBD products however they don't have Delta 8 products. They do have kratom. I go here to get a particular hemp product that happens to be substantially cheaper than anywhere else have found. The two ladies that I've seen while working there are very friendly and know about their products. Five stars.
