⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Worth the Trip! My spouse and I were in town visiting family, having traveled 3½ hours from out of state, and we’re so glad we stopped by Glass City — hands down the best smoke shop we’ve ever been to! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, with a clean, well-organized layout that made browsing a breeze. The selection was incredible — everything from top-quality glass pieces to accessories and unique finds, all at shockingly reasonable prices. Not to mention everything is CLEARLY priced. You can tell they take pride in offering great value without compromising on quality. A special shoutout to Bleu, who went above and beyond. Bleu was extremely respectful, informative, and just a genuinely cool person to talk to. They answered all our questions with patience and knowledge and made us feel totally welcome. The conversation we had wasn’t just helpful — it was enjoyable and memorable. We left feeling like we had just visited a local gem. If you’re anywhere near the area, Glass City is 100% worth checking out — even if you have to make a trip like we did. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in town!

Drove to this location from about 30 mins out, signs were on, store lite up but doors were locked. Hours posted on door, supposed to be open. Save yourself the trouble and pick another glass shop.

So, I came from Winston Salem to the Battleground location, and was told the Spring Garden location has the newest and best selection. Well after riding to both, I went BACK to Battleground because they had twice the selection of Spring Garden. The employee had to Google what a Swiss perc was and this is Glass City?! Then being ready to just get a piece and go, I grabbed an $80 glass water pipe and the employee Could Not tell me if it was Chinese glass or not. 🙄 It's definitely thick and not typical thin Chinese glass, but not as heavy or solid as Borosilicate. And being in a rush I didn't really check the joint out thoroughly and sure enough my luck some amateur glass work! And no matter what 14mm male bowl piece or banger I put in it, it will shake and jiggle some, there's ALWAYS play in it as the cylinder joint is not perfectly symmetrical. Such a really dumb mistake from artists POV and ruins experiences with the piece at times and makes me not use it. I would have NEVER bought it if I would have seen this, and beem dealing with actual competent employees that know their products. And of course there's a NO exchange policy at all these places. BUYER BEWARE and make sure to check ANYTHING you buy from the these people thoroughly, and don't expect any knowledge from the staff. 💯
