I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this location due to one specific employee, while every other staff member has been professional and helpful. The first incident occurred on January 9, when this employee refused to serve me and escalated the situation by calling the police, despite me being calm and simply attempting to make a purchase. I later returned and was served without issue by different employees, confirming there was no legitimate ban or problem with my behavior. However, on January 11 at approximately 2:00 PM, I returned again and the same employee immediately refused to serve me and falsely stated that I am “banned from all locations.” This has never been communicated by management, and I was served as recently as the day before by other staff. I simply said “Hi” before she made this statement. This employee is the only person who has ever treated me this way, and her actions are now interfering with my ability to shop at my neighborhood store. It’s disappointing, especially because I would prefer to continue supporting this business rather than take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue, as the inconsistency and hostility from one staff member reflects poorly on an otherwise decent store.

Great experience learned a lot today. Bought a new product for my collection. Tommy was great he explained everything for even to cleaning my new product. Also tried wedding cake I let him pick my flower. Great job I will be returning also becoming a member for 5% off. Saved a lot today on the discount will be recommending.

Lol 2 × 2gram PreRolls. Even with the filter they aren't even a Gram and Half a piece. Still a good price i guess. Could be false advertisement though🤷🏽‍♂️ Absolutely Love this store and all the locations in Greensboro, Love the employees too. All great people, just wanted to share this transparency with other fellow PreRoll fans. Might be better off getting their Jars🙆🏽‍♂️

Usually I get excellent service from this location. I come to Glass City almost every day and if I’m not visiting inside I’m ordering online. The guy that was in there today was very unprofessional and rude. I didn’t get the normal welcoming that usually comes from the employees that work here. I was also charged $10 for some hookah charcoals and two honey packs that’s cost a dollar. He did not apply the instagram sale and overall I’m just disgusted by this visit! He told me I was ban because he was rude and I did not just allow him to disrespect me. I asked when does shift change so I can revisit the store later and he would not tell me when the next employee would be inside! Wherever he came from the store runs a lot smoother without his unpleasant demeanor. I always get 5 star service here and today if I could give negative stars I would !

Great spot for your needs, people are great here and very knowledgeable. Definitely my spot!
