Horrible customer service Had bought some items that were old, stale, and dry When asked for refunds or replacement was told needed receipt when they never give receipts I was just in there the day before Will never return to this store ever If you shop here make sure you get a receipt Horrible customer service👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Always a great experience when I visit this shop. Customer service is phenomenal. Makes me feel like I can walk in there and just have a conversation about anything while still being to find whatever vape or tobacco product that anyone would need. Definitely recommend them to all smokers/ vapers and more.
