Great services went in there they recommended me their best products and was very helpful and they had really good prices the workers were one of the best I’ve seen in a smoke shop

Best location in Henderson! Always have exactly what I want and if they don't, they make sure they get it within days! Excellent customer and overall the best tobacco shop out here. I came from Durham and work in Raleigh still but I make sure I can stop by here first because they never fail me ☺️

So, I go into look into CBD, which I know literally nothing about. One of the rudest women I've encountered in recent memory starts rattling off a bunch of products like I'm supposed to know what she's talking about. I'm not a stoner - I don't know the lingo. So I told her I had no idea, at which time some guys who'd just left came back in. She started talking past me to them like I wasn't even there. I walked out. Unbelievably rude. Apparently, they don't want my business; not to worry, I won't darken their door again

I shopped there about a week and a half ago and the guy that worked there was very rude! I asked him a question and he acted like he did not even want to answer me nor be there and he even commented he had better things to do and I replied well aren't you here to answer questions? I hope his boss reads this and other people read this post because I will never shop there again even though I will have to drive further away and if his boss does read this post I hope that he gets disciplined for this because he knows who he was and I won't mention his name as of yet but if I have to I will.... 😏

The lady working there gossips about other customers with a lady that hangs around the store. Especially the poor lady with the cane. Not professional. This is about another persons character, It is not professional. It is slander. And blabbing out how much a person is buying is not good either.Mean things done. Im just going to say that I would not want anyone purposely dropping my merchandise on the floor.Np one should be judged, slandered or mistreated. The people in this business should realize that the customer is what keep a business up and running and enable them to get paid. it does not matter what a customer buy. Every time something is purchased they are getting paid, even if it cost a dollar. This woman should realize that her and that man that runs this place are the face of the business. They are not really showing good faces to anyone.
