Bought a disposable vape, wouldn't hit out of the box. Tried to call them to ask, nobody answered so my fiance drove 15 minutes back to the store. They would not exchange it or offer any discount after my fiance tried to go back after dropping me off at work. Vape said 100% juice and 95% charge. Wasted $20 on a vape, gas and time. Will not be going back to the store, and will be recommending other shops like E-Smoke or the plug to everybody i know instead of this store.

There is a great selection of products. Liz, specifically, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful every time that I come in. She never makes me feel rushed or insecure about asking questions. If they don’t happen to have a specific product that I’m looking for; she has given me awesome comparable options! Liz is a gem, and in my opinion, an extremely valuable employee at this establishment.

Bought a vape and opened before I walked out of the store. I hit it a few times in the parking lot and noticed it was defective....Tasted nothing but burnt vapor. Immediately went back inside to ask about an exchange and was told because it was discounted there was nothing that could be done. What a joke...Too many other vape stores out there to have this as your level of customer service. I'd give zero stars if it was on option.

Liz was a great customer service representative. She had great knowledge about the products in store and also gave her input to make sure we got the best bang for our buck. 10/10 will stop by again

Liz was an absolute delight helping me pick out a vape. She was super knowledgeable about all the different flavors. Hands down the best experience I've had thus far at any other smoke shop. Will definitely continue to keep coming back. Thanks so much again!
