Tito is the most kind and welcoming person! I always love coming in just to chat! The prices are fair and he always accommodates if something isn’t right. No other vape shop in town compares.

Tito was awesome and his customer is service is the best .Great vape shop clean and cool atmosphere!

Z is very respectful and the true version of what a businessman is supposed to be. From the time we walked in the door, he was helpful and attentive and he truly cares what his customers want or need. I know this is the only vape shop I'll ever be using from here on out. Thank you for being the respectful, kind-hearted man that you are and it was a pleasure doing business with you and thanks for the security on my wife's purse also 😜✔️✔️ EVERYONE GO HIT Z's TOBACCO AND VAPE up on 127 in Hickory, NC. You won't be disappointed!!

Tried to call to ask a question and was hung up on twice! Will never be back. Edit to add: super sad because this is one of my fav stores in rotation

Very nice atmosphere. Great customer service and a lot of variety of things to shop for. Definitely a place to come shop!
