Love buying my cigarettes here bcuz this is the cheapest place I've found so far for my cigarettes. Always friendly customer service. The young man that works there is awesome. I will be recommending this store to EVERYONE

I used to love this shop. The guy working there now is very rude. I was literally told just yesterday while I was in the process of getting together a fairly good sized ticket that most working in any industry would be happy to have as a sale, that "he was on his lunch break and I needed to hurry up bc he didn't have time to answer my questions" he wasn't on break or he wouldn't have been on the floor. He was too busy with his phone call that he had been on the entire time I was trying to shop. Any question I asked was met with an attitude and a serious lack of knowledge. I've worked in customer service and in the "smokeless tobacco" or vape industry since before it was popular in the United States. I know the owner and truly hope this situation is fixed asap because I, personally, will not be going back into this shop until he puts someone else behind the counter. I frequent this shop atleast once a week and will now be traveling elsewhere for better service and less attitude!

They charged me double what other tobacco stores charge for a 6 oz bag of Good Stuff Tobacco! Lot of mark up in that place or I was ripped off by the clerk. Will not go back.

They are always friend here but today there was a guy I've never met...young...LITERALLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE FROM HIM. I had a bad day at work and he made my day. Was there 2/10/22 at 245PM
