It's an absolute pleasure to go into this store! Always clean and well stocked. If at any time they run out, it is very obvious and they are always happy to give wonderful recommendations. The employees are what make this shop one of a kind! The member points are an awesome addition as well. There are so many reasons to continuously shop in this store. Thank you to the wonderful people working there, I've always felt so welcome. They've never steered me wrong and it's a pleasant experience even if it's busy.

This is the most friendliest and helpful place to go. My mom was looking for a pen but didn't know where to start..I live at the bottom of Black Mountain therefore I called and spoke to Brooke about what my mom needed. Brooke took great care of my mom and got her exactly what she needed.

Brooke, Haille and Savanah are the best! I drive from Pilot Mountain just to come to This store because of these ladies. Best Customer service ever!!

Employees are great, hours don't fit with me consistently using the place. 9 in the morning is too late for me to make it most days. Prices are pretty high as well.

I absolutely love this store & their employees Brooke is awesome & very friendly I highly recommend them for all your smoking needs.
