I just left this store and the customer service was the worse. I was picking up an item for a friend. The person didn’t know about their products. I asked if they had a certain item and I was told no. I pointed to the item and he said that’s something else. Well after about 5 minutes conversing with him he looked at the product and said oh yes that’s it. Please pay CASH I used my card and had to ask for a receipt. I looked at my receipt and noticed it was way more. He then pointed out they charge $3.95 fee for card users. I then said I wanted to pay cash and he said it would take a month to be refunded. I know that was not true. So I just left. The young man evidently doesn’t know about the products or how to operate all types of transactions. I will not go there again for anyone.

I’m new to the area and have tried three shops this one by far has the best amount of inventory picked up a couple vapes and hookah accessories also great customer service!

The best customer service every very good prices they have a big selection of everything Friendly staff always have my needs in stock I’ve been Dealing with them for more than a year never had any issue with any of there products I love this place

Amazing selection and genuinely, the BEST customer service I've ever had. I drive by 3 other vape shops on the way here from my house. But again, I've never experienced such a welcoming environment just from the employees, this is a business deserving of your time and money. Without question.
