As a purple heart veteran I stopped for 20 mins to rest my blown up leg, I go in and tell the guy because he shoooed me out the chair...I let him know I was a purple heart vet and needed to rest and he rudely pushed me out the door.....VERBALLY!!! PLS RELACE STAFF WITH PEOPLE WHO CARE....SHAME!!!!

This is my personal favorite smoke shop to go to on the regular. I’ve been coming to Smoke Times for years and I still love it just as much. They always have everything I need & Jimmy is an absolute sweetheart. Always greeted with a smile and amazing energy! I love it! Truly unmatched customer service🫶🏼

I’ve went in here a few times, great experience with the older gentlemen. Always friendly nice and answers any questions I have. I go in this morning to inquire about a vape. I asked the lady if they carried Hyde (they don’t FDA ban wasn’t aware). So I asked her what other options they have, she pointed me over to the little section of vapes they had. Firstly when I asked her what the difference was she seemed pretty agitated that I was asking her a question. I wanted to purchase so I asked her if maybe a few $s could be knocked off. Typically any smoke shop I go to they will usually take 1-2$ off if you ask. Well she responded very rudely with “it’s already cheap enough”. Her attitude from the beginning was horrible and now I’ll go out of my way not to shop here anymore. I actually didn’t care about the price it was 17$ I felt disrespected the way she responded to me. I would have actually bought the vape at retail price until she said that. It’s ok I’ll go to my local shop and get 2 3200 Puff Hyde’s for 15$ total. Thanks anyway. Just lost a loyal customer over an attitude. Do better.

I’ve been coming to Smoke times for years now and Jimmy has always made the experience such a pleasure. Never once has he not greeted me through the door and instantly helped me with anything. with such a patient and kind soul, he makes it feel like less of a bother when I need assistance or have questions. Moved out of knightdale but always find myself coming back for the customer service and atmosphere.
