Was a regular here. Weighed out the “extra” he was supposed to be giving “for a deal”. Turned out to be less than the standard I paid for. Would rate less than one star if I could. I know it’s in town, but please go anywhere else and support other local businesses. Owner is a creep, makes uncomfortable comments. Says he’ll cut deals when he doesn’t. He’ll short you to your face while be a creep, while trying to make you think you’re getting a deal while he charges you more. Please support any other local vape shop in Lexington. Also be careful with your packages. Some have a triangle “California weed” symbol on it, which will get you a charge regardless of what’s inside the package. Another employee warned me of this and gave a different package, while the owner continues to give out packs that will get you in trouble.

Do yourself a favor Go to the tobacco and vape. Shop near the Walmart. Beware!!!! of the monster brand vape juice in the store. Most of them expired years ago. Check the dates before you purchase. The owner did exchange for crystal cloud. But then restocks all of the expired monster brands back on the shelf. Not likely to come back... i mean, it's already poison. We're putting into our lungs by choice. But expired poison, I gotta say, is a little bit worse.

Staff are rude and completely ignorant of their products. The lady speaks English but the guys don't. They know just enough English to lie to you.

I had a similarly bad experience as some of the other reviews i read. The guy in there had no knowledge of the products they sell he was rude had someone on speaker phone the entire time i was there.paid no attention until i went to the register and pulled my card out and then made eye contact with him and said hey i need to pay please. I've worked in customer service ny whole life and this is not the way to run a business
