I’m disappointed with my recent experience. My husband purchased a raspberry flavored vape for me, and after trying it once I realized I couldn’t use it because I’m allergic to raspberry. I contacted the store to see if there was any way to exchange it, but since it was opened, they said they couldn’t help. I understand there are policies for health and safety, but I wish there had been some kind of solution or better customer service in the situation. It was frustrating to be stuck with something I can’t use. Just sharing my experience for others to keep in mind.
