Mike was fantastic! I stopped in to buy cigars for my husband, and he took the time to help me, answer my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. Another gentleman was very helpful as well, though I didn't catch his name. As a local resident, it's great knowing they're right here in town. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Really cool/chill environment. Smoke lounge, nice chairs, tons of cigar options, really cool astetics. They used an old bank vault as a door to store their cigars. Everything is super vintage and cool. Alberto helped us, and he was super genuine and cool, helped me pick some great cigars. Everything is priced nicely, too! Affordable and high quality.

Came in to check out this location as I am a member at the Charlotte location. Joel was very welcoming. Love the humidor being in an old bank vault. Great setup and location in downtown Matthews. Plenty of parking and seating inside. They have a nice variety of beer, wine, and even coffee! Check this place out! Grab yourself a drink and a smoke and kick back!

Great atmosphere and excellent selection of cigars.

I stopped by here to try something different, and it turned out to be such a great experience! The customer service was chef’s kiss. I wasn’t sure what to get, but I think his name was Joel, he helped me pick something I really enjoyed.
