In my experience, everyone is always very friendly at Infinity's! This was my first time at this location and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable! They have a great selection of clothing, jewelry, candles, incense and everything else that you'd expect to find at a smoke shop. Thanks!

Very inconsistent ID-checking. Some employees ask for ID, while others don't, and it seems to depend on whether a manager is around. For a business selling age-restricted products age verification should be enforced consistently every time.

First I was surprised I never received any email notification about the Village Lake location closing, This location is nice, haven't had time to browse through the whole store yet but some items in the showcase are hard to see because of how things are laid out with large items over top of smaller and packages that lay flat reflect the light making them hard to read, the employee seemed nice and was courteous however, the biggest issue I see is parking, the McDonald's takes up a lot of space and Infinity has to share with 2 other stores making it difficult to find parking unless you want to walk

Nice employees but the quality of flower is incredibly inconsistent and the past 3 times I’ve gone in it seems like the budtender is handpicking the shittiest possible nugs out of the jar to give to me and I don’t like that whatsoever. It’s actually the same guy every time who’s doing it too. Prob won’t be back for a while
