Hello, I hope you’re having a great day. I wanted to reach out in concern of an interaction I had at one of your locations. I’ve been coming to HighLife for years. About 4 days ago I visited your store location on 480 River Hwy suite d, Mooresville. I went into the store as usual and started looking at the magical mushrooms and dry herb. I pick my item and the manager gets the item for me. She asked if that was all and I said yes. As she’s checking me out I asked if she was ok. The reason I asked is because I’m a regular and was just being cordial. The manager then says “ yeah I’m ok but the last time you were here you were rude”. I asked her how because I’ve honestly never had any bad interaction there. She said “ I asked if I could help you the last time and you were rude”. I told her I didn’t mean any harm by it , again I’m a regular every staff there can attest to this. I ALWAYS ask them to give me a sec to look around. You guys have so many new products that it takes me a while. She then goes on a rant and claimed that I was recording in the store, which has never happened. I think the last time I was there I was in a FaceTime and I asked my wife , which type of mushrooms flavor I should get. So I asked her why didn’t she tell me that, FaceTiming in the store wasn’t allowed and she said she doesn’t know if it’s allowed but she would call to verify. I would never go against the store policy or try to intentionally disrespect anyone. This entire interaction happened in front of another store employee and customers. I frequent your store at least once a week and I’ve never had this issue

Fantastic service.An excellent competitive prices with unique items. If you're just getting into smoke. These people take the time and explain whatever rig? Then what attachment does, for the newbies appreciate. Theres always new stuff out there that us old dogs don't even know. Bring id or no sale 😬.

Great customer service with a vast knowledge base on the products The staff answered all my questions and helped me make an educated purchase and not just a sale They made the difference to purchase in store instead of online. Good prices and great customer service.

This is a great place to get all your goodies. Kris and Stevie are always so helpful and pleasant. Stop by and see them. Just dont buy my favorites lol

This is my go to shop, everyone is always extremely welcoming and friendly!!! Went in looking for something I really liked only to find it wasn't being sold anymore and Taylor was able to recommend something else that I ended up enjoying just as much as the discontinued item!!! Always very happy and never disappointed when leaving here after a purchase 💟
