What a joke! Can't log into when trying to upgrade. Tried to talk to someone to help and they seemed more confused than me!! I'm canceling this! No app should be this hard to get service from!

Hi Ms Robin. This is Cassandra from VA. I visited your shop the evening of Sep 2nd. I had a “little issue” that you went out of your way to fix for me. And it took a lot of your time. I tried to call several times. Wanted to leave a message but voicemail was not set up. You and your husband are two of the nicest people. I have been trying since I got back to VA on the 3rd to find you just to say hi. I called a few shops looking for you and they were the wrong ones🤣. But the guy at the Vape Shop (blue building) who I called twice accidentally was so kind and tried to help me find you. He may mention it to you some day. I am sure I have the right place now because I decided to read the reviews of your shop and there it was, a customer praised you by speaking your name (Robin) and I was like I found her. The next time I visit I will make sure I stop by to see you and your hubby. Take care and stay safe.

The best place I have ever been. She is super sweet and kind. Tons of free samples and really good pricing. The hours of operation are also super helpful. Anything you need, they have. I don't go anywhere else for smoke now. Also, the couple of times I had faulty product she exchanged them no questions asked.

Careful when buying from here please look at the expiration date. I was sold a product that was going to be expired the next day, I remember I choose one that had an expiration date of 12/25 but cashier grabbed one from the front and said it’s same thing and put the one I chose back from where I got it from. When I got home that’s when we realized she swapped it out and tried going back the same night but they were closed. I went the next day to complain about it, and they still had the same products on shelfs. The cashier didn’t realize they were expired (1/21/24) until I said something. I have a friend that works for the city so hopefully they get a visit, they need to fix their policy and inventory.

Ms robin was the absolutely most helpful and friendly person I have ever met!!! There’s not a business in Mooresville that doesn’t deserve such an amazing women like her!! Will definitely come back as much as possible!!!
