One of the best places I've ever been in, period! Genuinely the kindest management, employees, extremely clean store. Wonderful stock of whatever you could ask for from a vape shop. I personally made a mistake as a customer buying an incorrect product, and yet, I got one of the sweetest, kindest experiences you could ever ask for. Every time I visit, I have to tell my pals about the great time I've had. I can't ask for a nicer shop in a very great community. This is a place I'll be a regular at for life. I can never thank you guys enough!

I bought something that I could not get to work from the beginning, right after purchase. Called to see if I could exchange for a product that worked and was told that I could not exchange said product. I said “so basically I’m screwed”…yeah, pretty much I was told. I’ve like going in there before, but I just lost $60 and have no recourse. Thanks

Tried twice on two occasions to use this store. They do not open as advertised Me and other patrons even waited for opening until we gave up and went somewhere else Luckily this is the only Sailor location we have attempted to use I do not recommend because you will waste time if you believe them to be open

Your web page saying you’re open till 11 on a Saturday and the shop doors and lights off and closed at 10:30 is crazy
