Posting for a friend: Sunday December 21st I came to smoke hut with a complaint that my vape pods were leaking which I paid for two weeks ago. When I showed the guy working, one of the brothers that own the place, my vape and the pods that were leaking his answer was that sounds like a you problem to me. He then asked did I buy it from his shop, I said yes. A shop that I had been coming to for 3 years now. He tells me to bring the pods with the box back. So the next day on the 22 of December I come back with my vape, juice and 3 pods that I had paid for at the same time. I just had the vape a little longer and my vape juice cause when I use the first vape pod within 30 mins it kept leaking, so I replaced it with another one and it did the same. Anyway the owner tells me it was the wrong vape pods. Someone from his shop sold me so he gives me one pod, and I told him that I purchased 3 and used 2 because of the leaking. I also lost more juice then I could vape. He ask me would I take an old vape juice. I said ok thinking that it would be a week or even a month old. So leave with the juice and the one pod, that should have been 2, I payed for two pods before I noticed this problem and a up to date vape juice. Once I get home I notice the vape juice tasted real funny and when I lookef at the date it said 1-11-2022 damn near 4 years old. Why are you holding on to vape juice that old. I throw the juice in the trash and I will never go there again. Also the guy that sold me the wrong pods the first time noticed that there were out if date vape juices on the shelf. Smoke Hut I will never ever come back to your vape shop again, if that's what you want to call it. If you need a nice vape and up to date juice go to Kick Ash Vape Lounge on sunset they will take very good care of you.

I absolutely love it. Staff is very friendly and informative; clean and organized; excellent pricing; I would and have recommend. 10/10

This is the best tobacco shop around. All vapes are $10. If you get home and it doesn't work, they will take care of it. They have the best price in kratom also. If you want to buy a lot the owner and his wife will work out a deal for you to save money. Bundle up with them. The owner and his wife Valerie are awesome and they will make sure you get what you need and do their best to save you money. This is the only tobacco shop I to now.

I absolutely love this smoke shop!!! I have officially became a regular lol I literally pass multiples to shop here and will choose this one every time. The staff, customer service, prices, and product are all A1 💯 Definitely recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The selection is plentiful as well. Much more than other shops in the area.
