Absolutely love this place!! Went to the first shop in Hickory and gave this one a shot too. The owner truly knows what he’s doing and what he’s selling. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The amount of wraps and the selection compared to around here is crazy! They have flower, vapes, glass, exotic pens, wraps, cigars, drinks and so much more. 10% off your first time visiting too! You can’t go wrong here :)

Kid with the dreads never has any change. Can never use the $5 off that I have built up. The last 3 visits and he can’t figure it out. Have 250 loyalty points I can do nothing with. Was just handed almost 20 1s for the second time as he never has change. And don’t expect any Pennie’s or silver change back. Or him to put the vape down long enough to check out. Won’t be back

Bought a vape spent $50 on March 31 it's April 16 and it doesn't work was told there was nothing they can do about it . It worked when I tried it at the store now it won't work. Manager was very unprofessional wouldn't look up my sale told me it's been a while since I bought that vape because he hasn't had them in stock in over a month said there was nothing they could do. When he finally looked it up he said yup it was purchased on March 31 He screamed in my face like he was gonna intimidate me I cussed him out he threatened to call the police totally unprofessional I've spent over $400 in that place and will not spend another dime I'll take my business where it's appreciated and where they stand behind their products

Good customer service they were very helpful and welcoming, will for sure make this my regular smoke shop
