I politely asked if there were any discounts available, and the sales lady responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect, regardless of whether a discount could be offered. Customer service is an important part of any business, and this interaction left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
