This has to be the best tobacco store in Raleigh. They have a wide selection of products, better prices than most competitors, and it has to be one of the cleanest stores I’ve ever been in. What sets this store apart from the rest is the staff. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There is one employee named Habib who I can personally say, goes above and beyond all expectations to help the customer. They did not have a product in stock that I was looking for nor did any store in Raleigh. Habib said “come back tomorrow and I’ll have it ready.” He drove 30 minutes the stores sister location and had the product ready for me the next day. Customer service like that is hard to find.

I’ve been coming to this store for about 5 years and have never had an issue until now. The employee was very unprofessional while I was asking a question, he walked away before I could finish and seemed completely uninterested in helping. From this alone I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’ve always had good experiences here, which is why this was disappointing. Hopefully management addresses it because customer service should be better than this.

Pricing is never an issue when Tania is working. She is bery knowledgeable on the products and pricing, as well as providing me with previous customers feedback on each item. The service period here is very efficient and friendly, and both clerks providing exceptional customer service!!!!!!!

I purchased multiple products from this Maxx location regularly, at least twice a month. I bought an FVKD minis vape and it didn’t work even though it’s light lite up. I tried returning it and the shop clerk told me that since I didn’t have a receipt and they don’t sell them any longer that he could not do anything for me. He wouldn’t even give me a discount on another similar product. Hence this bad review. I was able to show him my past months receipt from my phone, but the receipts did not have a location reference. I will not be returning here again.
