This temporary Cashier who doesnt even work at the place sold me two Vapes that didn't even have batteries and wouldn't even let me use the receipt I got.

Always changing prices!!! $10 more one day than the day before!! Definitely will be going somewhere else!

I have shopped here for YEARS. Buying their overpriced products for YEARS and never once complained. I never had to return my vape for it not working but tonight I did I went back in a few minutes after purchasing it let me hit it once then died and the battery wouldn't charge! So, because I "walked out" there was nothing he could do when it's clearly broken. I could understand if I was not a regular customer but I AM. The clerk refused to call the owner because he was out of the country but when I got angry all of a sudden he could suddenly call him. I will never come back there again unless this is made right. I've always been polite and nice. The owner is nice as well, but things like this are the issue. I'm a business owner and I would never lose a customer over $20.00. I stand by my service and make any issue right with my customers I would never just say "there's nothing I can do" especially if they came back to me immediately!! Bad business is why places like this close. Stanford by your products. Even if he had checked to make sure it worked before I left it let me hit it ONCE and then stopped. So we would still be here. He didn't even do that though which I feel is a way to make sure they don't have to pay for the broken vapes if they don't "check before you leave" and you walk out the door they've gotten over on you. Be careful people. Shop somewhere that wouldn't do their customers this way.

DO NOT!!!!! DO NOT Shop here!!!! The owner is a rude and he will Scam You!!! Do Not buy the RAZ vapes or Any Vapes from him!!! I spent 30.00 on a Vape and got home and it will not work after hours of charging. I called him to let him know and he said I should have tried ot while I was in the store and ge is not giving me a refund. Honestly he alwys have a nasty demeanor every time I go there and he is creepy. Even If you have a receipt he will not refund you.. Its sooo many bape shops in Raleigh and this iS the WORSE one EVER!! Save yourself the trouble and do not waste your money at this creepy man and his "Scamming" so call vape trash of store.

I bought a tourch vape, didn’t think twice n brought it back. He gave me a 10 dollar vape in its place. Bought one the other Day and asked him if I could open it and try it but I’ll go outside so it doesn’t stink up the store and he looked me dead in the face and said yeah I appreciate that. I came back in. I said boss man this one done work. I don’t want a $10 vape last time either and he goes you stepped outside already. These guys are absolute calculated. Instead of giving me my money back or replacing the vape, he just took most of them off the shelf. Thank God he had somebody like me to spend $60 on 3 broken vapes all full. Oh bought a tour h lighter, just a 3 dollar lighter it sparked one time. They’ll never get my money again. I felt like I was in Afghanistan n the little kid with dvds is selling 2 for 10 or 3 for 6.
