These guys are the best! Their personalities are wonderful! I just love everyone there. They most definitely aim to please, and they are very knowledgeable on everything that they sell. The atmosphere is wonderful there! Also, the store is very clean and well kept. They make sure they keep their stock up to par. In fact, they are the only store that can keep the coffee flavor Dopium singles in stock. None of other stores, of this kind, can seem to do so. They are just awesome! I highly recommend this them!

Been coming here 15 years , since Broughton he days, first smoke shop I can remember on Hillsboro st if I’m correct. Staple for Og Raleigh folks Today I got kicked out the store for requesting 5% off which 7/10 times they apply for me without asking Safe to say I will start ordering my products online unless one of the more friendly workers are there or it’s urgent situation and I can’t wait

Edit: Wow. This place has gone in the toilet. They use to have great people who worked here. But now they have a lady who will lie to your face about products and warranties just to get you out of the store or money in her pocket. I spent 150 bucks on a cap pin that I was told had a year warranty if anything breaks. Got home and later that night the inside of the glass top that I can’t even get to just popped off while on the third use. I call the company the next day to find out she was just a lair. The only thing that was under warranty is the battery. I would have stuck with buying a new one ever six months for 25/30 bucks than to have someone lie. I have spent some money in that store over the last two years and the person was very up front before. Telling me the little pens only last a couple months at best. Which I am fine with. Tell me the truth. Don’t be shady and lie. I would steer clear of this store and go up to Bubba’s Belly. I Value honesty. And the black haired girl that works there has none. Plus she likes to get smart with people when they call her out about her misinformation. Boo to this place now. What a shame. This is a chill lil shop. They have a good selection and are knowledgeable about what you need. They are easy to talk to and can fix need with a good selection of everything I have ever needed and more. They have great prices. I haven’t found anything I bought from there much of any cheaper online. You very what you need right then at a great prices. I have been to a couple other places around the area and they are always kind of stuck up and just not helpful at all. The customer service at Smoke Rings is the business. And a plus I feel is it isn’t cluttered and alway clean. I don’t want to put my mouth on anything that looks like it came from a bodega. So stop by tell them Troy sent you and you will get a very confused look and “a who the hell is that” response.

Amazing experience - drove all the way out here from Fuquay and Paul helped out. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a smoke shop, and will only be coming here from now on
