If you’re in Raleigh and want a cigar, go to Virgin. Great selection in the humidor, mix of legacy and boutique. Staff was very helpful, very cool and approachable. If you want to smoke there, they do day passes for non members to their lounge, which is high end nice and comfortable. BYO alcohol, they have coffee and water. I met John, who runs the place, Jessica who does the marketing, and Zack who was managing the front. Shoutout to all of them for doing a great job. I will be back whenever I’m in Raleigh, and I highly recommend you try it. Less than 10 minutes from airport too. Excellent spot.

Visited earlier today as I was in town passing through for FB Marketplace pickups. Associate was friendly and the atmosphere was clean and bright. I walked into the humidor and it seemed like 50-75% of the boxes were just straight up empty, like nothing was restocked. Not sure I would visit back again if it's just empty boxes; maybe I just caught them on an off day? but it was a SAT, so that's odd.

I recently visited Raleigh from the UK and fancied stocking up on a lot of the cigars we don't see over here. Visited Virgin Cigars and was extremely impressed by the service offered by Andy. He truly is a credit to the business, very welcoming and knowledgeable. He showed me all the cigars of interest in the humidor and suggested new ones I would enjoy based on my tastes. Phenomenal selection, picked up some great ones that would be impossible to get in the UK. Also smoked one in the lounge which was a excellent experience, would highly recommend stopping off here if travelling through. If I'm ever back in Raleigh again, I will definitely be going back to Virgin Cigars.

Great humidor, good selection. Went in knowing it was $20 to stay and smoke. Bought a bunch of cigars only to find out that the lounge is members only on Friday. Despite there being nobody in there, I was still not allowed. Being from the Pacific Northwest I just wanted to get out of y’all‘s 100 degree heat. I bet the lounge would’ve made it a 5 Star place. OK, in real time I just switched it from a three star review to five. The employee felt bad that I was sitting outside and brought me a cold bottle of water. Hospitality goes a long ways. Thank you!

This is one of the best and one of my personal favorite cigar lounges I have visited. The selection of cigars is vast and are kept in pristine condition to enjoy. The aesthetic and atmosphere are a synergy of sophistication and robust. The service is world class; a combination of passion, knowledge, and skill. Look for Andy and you will not be dissatisfied. - Aficionado
