Worst experience ever! Definitely upset my mother, because it's one place she always goes for her stuff, for the past 3 days the blonde haired lady told us to come back and speak to the manager over a bad product to be arranged for it to be exchanged and the blonde haired lady screamed at me and my mother for asking if the manager was present and stormed up to the door screaming at us to leave the store, claiming not to exchange products even though we've done it many of time's. Really disappointed me that after going there 3+ years to get treated like that verbally and the blonde haired make it seem racist saying her words!!! "it doesn't matter if their white or black or who sold it to you" over my mother getting confused over which lady she was talking to her in the mid conversation of who sold the product to us. She just kept screaming and counting saying she's calling the police and would not give my 65-year-old mother a chance to speak and she even asked well I came in here to buy my cigarettes can I buy my cigarettes please and she continued to go get on her phone to call the police nothing escalated out of the way towards how we was acting to her she was coming at us with the worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced. Something needs to be done about this situation! So if anyone could please help us find out the store owners contract information, we would definitely appreciate it kindly.

Hands down 100% the best vape shop I’ve ever been to! Their prices are almost half the price of the other shops in Randolph County and the staff are the friendliest and most genuine people! They will take care of their customers every time. I wish I could give 10 stars because I would. There is no comparison to this shop! This has become my store of choice . Their prices seem to be better. There's a wide selection of supplies, products and you should see the pipes they have! If they don't have it, they'll do their best to get it for you. And thanks to the ladies that work there for always having a smile, kind words and being quick to help you find what you want.

Not sure what to get when I came in, but was confident in what they offered me. They're great at recommendations and super sweet :)

Good prices on the cigarettes and a good selection on pipes. I like the staff that works there as well.
